Perfect location to explorethe stunning Lake Annecy Positive: Perfect location in the old Annecy town.

Superb location & cool Positive: Fabulous central location, which made accessing all of the sites in Annecy very easy. Lovely character of a historical building. Excellent air conditioning - it was 37C outside, so to come back to a cool apartment was extremely welcome. Amazing shower - so much impressive technology! Efficient communication with owners. Negative: The apartment is on the 3rd floor, so if you find carrying heavy suitcases up lots of stairs, then this may be a challenge. Also, the steps inside to access the bedrooms in both upper floors were narrow and steep, which great care is needed when using.

Positive: The accommodation is very cute and quirky set on 3 floors, it was cosy and clean . The location was perfect right at the centre of beautiful Annecy ,lake supermarket and restaurants, buses and trains all with in walking distance The shower and kitchen are very modern Has Good air-conditioning Negative: All good The only comments are The stairs are very steep, you have to be quite fit and agile to get up to the ones in the very top bedroom. There was a beautiful loft window but it was a shame it didn't open as it would have given us a nice breeze

Great. Would have cooked more but pots and pans in kitchens itlimited. Positive: Location is fantastic. Property itself is quirky and different. Negative: Stairs are extremely steep but this is clearly explained in the advert for it.Just be very careful.
